BEFORE-AFTER : RENOVATION OF A VILLA FACADE
Before our renovation, the aging facade showed signs of wear: peeling paint, visible damage, and general deterioration. Uncontrolled vegetation was taking over the space. It was a classic 1970s villa in Casablanca, rather impersonal in its appearance.

GIVING IDENTITY TO A LIVING ROOM WITH THE CREATION OF A SEVEN-METER LONG PIECE OF FURNITURE !
How to arrange a room with obtuse angles ? Here's the before-and-after that proves we met the challenge !
We designed a piece of furniture that extends from the entrance to the living room, creating a seven-meter-long unit to dress the corner of the living area. On the entrance side, the storage unit is used for coats, shoes, and golf clubs. On the living room side, it serves as both a TV stand and storage (for the decoder, Hi-Fi system, etc.).
We envisioned this piece as a single, cohesive element: a connecting thread that links the living spaces: entrance, living room, and kitchen.
The screen is also a technical feat as it is frame-free, meaning there are no visible fixings. It serves as a partition that distinguishes the spaces, effectively enclosing the kitchen. Additionally, it piques the curiosity of anyone entering the apartment.

BEFORE AFTER : WORK DONE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE
We are in a Parisian apartment in the 15th arrondissement. Here, the goal is to give it character and identity to create a cozy space for a new family !
After moving back the wall (which allowed us to enlarge the kitchen-living room area), we installed a modern kitchen while incorporating elements from Art Deco and the 70s. The Plum forest green facades blend perfectly with the walnut, elegantly echoing nature. The marble table adds a sophisticated touch, as does the brass-colored backsplash. Finally, the SMEG fridge and the custom walnut furniture add a 70s vibe that energizes the entire space! Our living room becomes a welcoming and functional area, anchored in current trends and very contemporary.

Our interior architect, Walid Balafrej, was able to breathe new life into this home and create a distinct identity. After his intervention, Tasa stone brought elegance and modernity to the entire villa (both in the flooring and the facade). The entrance of the villa is framed with Oregon pine, creating a warm contrast with the stone and accentuating the depth of the entry hall. The clean lines and high-quality materials provide a contemporary architectural approach and a refined aesthetic. The mineral garden featuring cacti and succulents, along with minimalist and stylish outdoor lighting, adds a modern touch.
This transformation perfectly illustrates our architecture firm's ability to modernize and enhance existing spaces!

BEFORE-AFTER : KITCHEN TRANSFORMATION
Our interior architect was tasked with modernizing this kitchen. Our clients wanted something elegant and sophisticated. Without hesitation, we said goodbye to the outdated glossy red cabinets, the white tiles, and the colored strips on the walls and ceiling.
After some renovations, we now have a contemporary space at the forefront of trends ! The new natural wood cabinets, combined with matte black surfaces, bring a sophisticated aesthetic. The recessed ceiling lighting and LED strips create a bright and welcoming ambiance. The reimagined layout offers a more fluid arrangement, maximizing workspace and storage. The integrated stainless steel appliances perfectly complement the clean design, enhancing the modern and functional aspect of this new kitchen ! Challenge accomplished !

BEFORE AFTER DECORATION OF AN ENTRANCE
How to define different spaces without partitioning ? How to give an identity through interior decoration? This is the challenge taken on by our interior architects ! Let’s dive into this entrance transformation !
We created a custom partition to subtly separate the different spaces while suggesting visual continuity. One part separates the entrance from the living room, while the other separates the kitchen from the living room. To add a touch of color and personality to the entrance, we chose to paint a wall in green. This shade brings a note of freshness and dynamism while creating harmony with the other decorative elements in the room. Additionally, we added furniture with rounded shapes to soften the ambiance.
This decorative transformation reflects our expertise, transitioning from an ordinary space to a modern apartment with a unique identity. Our human-centered approach allows us to perfectly understand the atmosphere that suits each individual. The result : 100% satisfied clients !

Our regional expertise extends throughout Paris intra-muros. Although our interior design firm is historically located at 261 rue du faubourg Saint-Martin in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, this does not prevent us from working everywhere! Currently, we have completed projects in the 9th, 10th, 13th, 15th, 17th and 19th arrondissements.
We also work in the inner suburbs (Hauts-de-Seine 92, Seine-Saint-Denis 93, Val-de-Marne 94). In Hauts de Seine, we mainly work in Asnières-sur-Seine, Bois-Colombes, Colombes, Courbevoie, La Garennes-Colombes and Levallois-Perret since these are the towns around where we live. We are also keen on projects in the surrounding areas: Reuil-Malmaison, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Boulogne Billancourt....
We have an extraordinary advantage for getting around: we are on a motorbike! So we no longer have any limits (not even traffic jams): in this way our radius of action also extends to other cities in the Île-de-France, covering Essonne (91), Seine-et-Marne (77), Yvelines (78) and Val d'Oise (95). Among the many cities, we can mention La-Celle-Saint-Cloud, Charenton-le-Pont, Chatou, Le Vésinet, Versailles, Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche, Marnes-la-Coquette, Vaucresson, Maisons-Laffitte, Sceaux, Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, and many others.
We also offer to carry out projects remotely, as was the case, for example, with this project in Athens . Once the quote has been taken, we work on our computers, so it's easy to work remotely! And let's not lie to ourselves, since COVID, it has become a habit to hold meetings on Zoom, Googlemeet, or Teams...
