That’s why we have a recipe for creating 3D visuals that allows us to delight you with high-quality images and videos : The list of ingredients : Several computers (one will do, but it might take a very long time) Software : SketchUp, Lumion, 3Dsmax or Twilight, Photoshop Preparation time: Watch out for loading times for 3D models ; they can be very long and vary significantly, especially when we start creating outdoor 3D models due to lighting and textures. The different stages of modeling : 1. 3D modeling in SketchU p : We create a 3D model of your interior project based on the existing space (or the plans). Here, we create several versions, rethinking the spaces by opening up or partitioning them. We also integrate furniture and equipment that you might like (or that might push you out of your comfort zone) using our extensive library of 3D furniture we've built up over the years, along with our many references. If we don’t have an exact reference, we model it ourselves (like pros). 2. Perspectives Architecture est Design a entièrement restaurer le rez-de-chaussé de ce pavillon en banlieue parisienne. Nous avons pris en charge l'entièreté des travaux afin de mettre en valeur ce bien et de créer un intérieur au design sobre et reposant. Venez découvrir notre réalisation / Brighton Wood / RENOVATION AND EXTENSION OF A HOUSE IN CHAMPIGNY-SUR-MARNE BRIGHTON WOOD PROJECT A pavilion from the 1930s We have refurbished the first floor of this building to make it more spacious. For this we have removed the partitions between kitchen and living room for a more open and spacious space. A simple bookcase delimits the spaces while the imitation parquet tiling marks continuity between the two rooms. We have also created bespoke, built-in storage and an additional worktop in the kitchen. Between traditional and contemporary We have used here the transitional style, a mix between the traditional and the contemporary. Our goal here: to enhance the old and succeed in keeping the spirit of the 1930s in the building. The elements of the kitchen are therefore essential. An old ceramic sink is matched with zinc and brass fittings. The pretty gas cooker between modernity and old reminds us of that of our parents and grandparents! On the ground, there are cement tiles reminiscent of yesteryear. Elsewhere in the apartment, the lime fireplace has been preserved and renovated, as has the old woodwork in the entrance.
